Blue-White flowmeters are constructed of Machined Clear-As-Glass Acrylic, Injection Molded Polysulfone or Injection Molded PVC. Internal parts are wear and corrosion resistant. Scales are screen printed onto the meter body directly in front of the float, for easy, accurate reading. | BW DIGI-METER F-2000 Series electronic
insertion style flowmeters, are well suited for
monitoring flow in municipal water and wastewater applications. The clamp on saddle fitting and insertion sensor is quickly installed on IPS (ASTM-D-1785) pipe sizes from 1-1/2” through 12” and metric (DIN 8062) pipe sizes from 50 mm through 315 mm. The electronic display and communication enclosure can be mounted directly to the sensor, or remotely mounted to a pipe or panel. Standard F-2000 models display flow rate and accumulated total flow, and include an NPN open collector output for communication with data loggers, SCADA systems, and other external devices. Optional 4-20 mA / 0-10 VDC plug-in circuitry can be added for additional communication requirements. The optional batch processing plug-in circuitry includes an 8-amp relay board that adds manual or automatic batch processing capability, or a high/low flow rate alarm output. | The highly engineered
design, and materials of
construction of the F-460 and F-461Series Variable Area Flowmeters, makes them well suited to applications where no metals can enter the fluid path (Ultra Pure), and for highly corrosive applications. No metals are used for the F-460 and F-461 Series wetted parts, such as floats and float guides. The float is guided by precisely engineered Polysulfone ridges, which are molded into the meter body. This means no metal contaminants in the fluid path. The F-460 Series and F-461 Series are constructed of durable, heat and chemical resistant Polysulfone. Standard float material is Teflon. Adapters may be ordered constructed of PVDF or PVC and o-ring seals are Viton. F-460 FLOW RATES:

 Peristaltic Metering Pump, the FLEXFLO A-100N, or the High Pressure High Output CHEM-FEED C-1100 Series. The Star III tank is offered in three handy sizes, 7, 15 or 30 gallon capacity. A covered opening at the top of the tank makes addition of chemical quick and hassle free. The opening may be left open, closed or vented. A special drip edge pour spout protects the injector from chemical spills. A support rim helps to ensure the metering injector is secure on the tank. The tank has extra heavy wall thickness for added strength and stability as well as a convenient square shape. |
