Blue-White has been issued a patent for its exclusive Tube Failure
Detection System. The U.S. Patent and Trademark office issued the
patent, No.7, 001,153, on February 21, 2006.
The TFD System is breakthrough technology for Peristaltic Style
Chemical Metering Injector Pumps. The TFD System will detect a
wide range of chemicals and this exclusive technology was designed
to disregard compatible fluids. If a non compatible fluid is detected,
the injector pump will automatically shut off and energize a relay or
switch, permitting
communication with external equipment, such as a back-up pump
or alarm.
Blue-White is the first peristaltic chemical metering injector
pump manufacturer to add this kind of safety feature to its injectors.
The TFD is now standard on all FLEXFLO A-100N metering
injectors.

Exclusively for Blue-White's
FLEXFLO Peristaltic Injectors

How Does It Work?
If a non compatible fluid is detected in the pump head, the pump will automatically shut off
and energize a relay, permitting communications with external equipment, such as an
alarm or a SCADA system. The chemical must be cleaned from the pump head before
the pump will re start.
How Much Does This New Technology Cost Customers?
The TFD system comes standard on Blue-White's popular FLEXFLO Injectors. There is
No extra cost to you.
What If I Prefer Not To Use It?
The TFD system can be easily deactivated at any time.
Which FLEXFLO Pumps Have This Feature?
All FLEXFLO A-100N peristaltic injectors ship with the TFD System.
Which Other Peristaltic Injector Manufacturers Will Offer The TFD System?
NONE!
The TFD System is an exclusive, Patented Product offered only by Blue-White.
