Valve Head. The revolutionary design of this pump head begins with BULLET Cartridge Valves constructed of tough PVDF Plastic. Each Valve has two Ceramic Ball Checks and, is double sealed with high grade Aflas o-rings. The double ball valve pump head design ensures enhanced priming capabilities, and it is exceptional for purging air and gas. Three versions of this popular pump are offered: STANDARD C-1500N Series featuring an easy to adjust top mounted output control. DELUXE featuring an integral percentage controller for precise output adjustment -- both the stroke of the diaphragm and the controller can be adjusted. MICRO-FEED Designed to dispense precise amounts of highly concentrated chemical. |
OUTPUT ADJUSTMENT -- Each C-1500N is fitted with a bearing supported top drive assembly. This greatly enhances accuracy at moderate to elevated pressures. COOLING -- A few minor adjustments to the cover and fan mean you can now expect up to 25% better cooling. FOOT VALVE -- The Foot Valve/Strainer has a body constructed of molded PVDF with a ceramic ball valve. AESTHETICS -- The output label is designed to make reading and setting the adjustment easier. |

| Three Output control Options
Standard X Modelsfeature a quick adjusting, high accuracy mechanical stroke length control. The pump's efficient design allows for a minimum stroke length of 5%. The minimum recommended output is 5% of maximum. Deluxe C Modelsfeature stroke length and electronic time interval control. The pump's on time is adjustable from 5-100% of the repeating 5 second time interval. (0.25 - 5.0 sec.) The high frequency of the repeating 5 second time interval, and the extremely accurate mechanical stroke adjustment, result in a higher frequency of small injections per minute. Minimum recommended output is 5% of maximum. Digital E Models feature stroke length, electronic user programmable time interval (interval lengths from 1 thru 99 seconds are user programmable), and external input signal control. The unit accepts pulse inputs (programmable from 1 - 9900) which can trigger programmable timed chemical injection batches from 1-99 seconds in duration. Analog input signals can be used to remotely vary the interval timer's on-time adjustment. |
Two Output Control Options
Deluxe F Models feature stroke length and analog speed control. The pump's speed is adjusted from 5 - 100% of the maximum using a dial knob style control. The minimum recommended output is .25% of maximum. Digital V Models feature stroke length, manual digital percentage and external input signal speed control. The unit accepts pulse inputs from 1 - 999 Hz and 4-20mA or 0-10Vdc analog input signals. The minimum and maximum input values can be programmed using the digital LCD display. |

 The C1700N has twin, independently controlled, Heavy Duty Cartridge Valve Heads. This design ensures efficient use of motor power, and is particularly important for overcoming back pressure. The alternating strokes of the C1700N mean double the injections per minute. This is of significance to those who require a pump approaching a constant, even feed rate. The versatile C1700N is suitable for use in a variety of applications. For example, it will inject different amounts of like chemical into separate systems or feed two different chemicals into the same system (blend). |

 This little workhorse sets the standard for simple, efficient design and dependable service. Moving parts are kept to a minimum, helping to keep the unit practically maintenance free. C-600P Injectors have a front mounted head and, an easy to adjust, side mounted, diaphragm stroke adjustment (feed rate control). The C-600P features Blue-White's Exclusive Heavy Duty Cartridge Valve Pump Head that resists both clogging and airlocks. The C-600P can be ordered with an optional solid state feed controller mounted directly to the pump housing.  Blue-White's CHEM-FEED C-3000P injector features styling similar to that of the C-600P. The difference is in the pump head. The C-3000P features a large pump head of machined acrylic outfitted with extra large valves. This design permits greater quantities of fluid to be pumped. The C-3000P is often used as a transfer pump. The C-3000P is equipped with Blue-White's own all ball bearing gear motor with permanent lubrication. |

Blue-White recently introduced the new M-32 gearmotor for use on the company's FLEXFLO A-100N Peristaltic-type, and CHEM-FEED C-1100 SERIES Diaphragm-type Metering Injectors. This new larger, all ball bearing gearmotor features top notch design and materials, permanent lubrication, and it generates 30% less heat, and 30% more torque than the smaller gearmotors. This gearmotor is particularly well suited for use on higher RPM injectors, and will now be in use on all CHEM-FEED C-1100 125 and 250 RPM injectors, and FLEXFLO A-100N 45 and 60 RPM injectors. The M-32 GearMotor is a UL Recognized component and meets UL 1004 and UL 2111. |
